I contacted Zigmund after sustaining wind/water damage on an aging tile roof. They provided the lowest cost estimate for a complete shingle re-roof and interior repair. Our project involved repairing concrete window sills, installing some new impact windows, and repairing stucco. The project proceeded very smoothly and professionally. Kurt, Orlando, and Donnie did a great job on-site. Clean-up was very good. Everyone in the company from Larry, Steve, Kurt, Orlando, Donnie, Angie, and Dylan did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said. Great group with which to work. Work completed in a timely manner and on budget.

Zigmund Builders and Roofing are the best!!!! I had to break the side part of my frame’s front door since I lost my keys and after many other contractors (about 5) told me the damage wasn’t repairable and suggested changing my whole door (which is in perfect condition) for a good amount of money (which was way out of my budget). I was lucky enough to get in touch with Zigmund’s people and the next day I got my frame door repaired as nothing happened!!!!!! I definitely love their work. They came on time, worked super fast, cleaned after, and for an amazing price! Totally 100% recommend these guys. I bet you it will be hard to find honest and fast contractors like Zigmund!!
